Dylan's skill is in creating the perfect back drop to your event. He has come from an entertainment background, training as a sound engineer firstly in PA systems for large scale green field parties then in recording studios. In 1995 he set up his own recording studio and record label where he oversaw the production and release of over 50 singles and 2 albums including 2 top twenty hits with the band The Three Amigos. He then moved into clubs, organising parties, providing entertainment and promoting for all of the high end West End nightspots. He has worked as an events organiser and party planner for 10 years now organising £200k + parties and events for numerous add agencies and film companies.
Gareth Hill – Director Founder
Gareth brings twenty-two years experience in the bar/restaurant/club industry to G & D and to planning your event.Starting as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Belgravia’s one-Michelin-star The Halkin and Restaurant Manager at Marco Pierre White’s three-Michelin-star The Oak Room, Gareth moved on to become the General Manager for Nobu Park Lane from build to opening and of Home London (now The PenthouseandMarquee.)Gareth has worked as a management consultant for numerous bars, clubs, restaurants and hotels, supervising build to launch. He also runs an outside catering company “Blend”.
Natalie Massey-Event Manager
Natalie’s meticulous attention to detail and eye for aesthetics makes her an invaluable member of the G & D team. She has a background working for many years in London’s most exclusive nightclubs, hosting parties and looking after VIP clients such as P-Diddy, Justin Timberlake, Bjork and Orlando Bloom. Natalie builds excellent relationships with clients who all request for her to be put on their jobs.
Rob Mander-Lighting, AV and Pyrotecnics Manager
A lighting designer for fifteen years, Rob’s diverse portfolio demonstrates his ability to provide a professional service to any G & D event - no matter how big or small. Around the world Rob has worked on The Fuji Rock Festival, Japan to The Indianapolis Grand Prix, from clubs in Ibiza to The Heineken Music Hall, Amsterdam. Closer to home he has worked on David and Victoria Beckham’s World Cup party, the new launch of De Beers shop, The Brit Awards and Sony BMG and Warner Music Showcases.
Dean Carr-Head Chef
After graduating from SalisburyCollege, Dean moved to London where he worked at Le Palais du Jardin and the The Ivy, before being appointed Head Chef at The Avenuewhere he has worked for the past six years. Dean’s experience - including outside catering events for 5,000+ guests - provides G & D events not only the with highest quality menus, but with a comprehensive, competitive catering service.
